All the problems could be easily resolved when living in the car:
- Toilet -> a bucket and Walmart bags
- Shower -> river or fitness club or portable water bottle
etc
The only difficult thing to resolve is electricity. It is needed especially for digital nomads working out of their laptops. Solar systems are expensive and difficult to install (at least for me). Charge from the car battery is not indefinite.
