Just start to dream. Think about something you want to have. Imagine you have a magic hat and there are no obstacles to have what you want. And then imagine you have it.
Most people do not allow themselves to dream because they realize restrictions and obstacles they cannot manage. And this causes stress also: understanding that your expectations do not match reality.
