Why people ask "how OLD are you?" instead of "how YOUNG are you?"

Innovations or money-making?

Different companies are oriented on 2 different options:

• Innovations (e. g. Google)
• Money making (e. g. retail, investment banking etc)

Company oriented on innovations tries to solve 2 problems:

• How to make customer happy
• How to make employee happy.

Generally, innovation company makes everyone happy.

Opposite, money-making  company solve 2 different problems:

• How to make more money out of customer
• How to make employee work more for less money

Most companies today are oriented on money-making. That is not cool.
