Electric cars from China?

 People say there is an opportunity to import used electric cars from China. There might be serious advantages:

- Electric cars in many countries are not subject to custom duties. In certain cases custom duties could be as high as doubled price of the car per se. In case of electrical car, this expense is not relevant.

- Chinese manufacturers have lower prices even for the new cars, in comparison to american and european companies.

- Unlike american electric cars (Tesla), there should not be a problem to set up used chinese electric car. We know about troubles with used Tesla: its computer even doesn't allow to start a used car.
